Cancellation & Refund Policy

How service cancellations, paused projects and refund requests are handled by TechFlex Solutions.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Before you engage us

Payment, cancellation, notice periods and any refund conditions must be confirmed in your written proposal or service agreement before work begins. This website does not collect payments or automatically subscribe you to a plan. Sending an enquiry does not create a charge.

2. Cancelling or pausing services

Email techflexsolutions@yahoo.com with the project or invoice reference and your request. We will confirm the status of the engagement, any agreed notice period, work already performed and the next steps in writing. Recurring engagements follow their agreed renewal and notice terms. A pause or cancellation is not confirmed solely by leaving a message on an unrelated platform.

3. Work completed and committed costs

Completed work and authorised, non-recoverable third-party expenses will be assessed under the written agreement and applicable law. Advertising spend already used, platform fees and supplier commitments may be controlled by the relevant provider’s terms. We will distinguish our service fees from third-party costs when reviewing a request.

4. Refund assessment

Refund eligibility depends on the agreed scope, payment terms, work delivered, unused services and applicable legal rights. There is no blanket money-back or performance guarantee on this website. Where a refund is due, the amount, payment method and expected processing time will be confirmed in writing; payment-provider processing times may vary.

5. Concerns about delivery

If you believe work does not meet the agreed scope, provide the relevant details by email. We will review the concern against the agreement and discuss correction, completion or another appropriate resolution. Unsatisfactory campaign metrics alone do not determine refund eligibility because commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.

6. Handover and your rights

Account access, transfer of agreed deliverables and any outstanding invoices are handled under the service agreement. No provision in this policy removes a mandatory consumer or other statutory right. If the agreement conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, that legal right prevails.
