Privacy Policy

How TechFlex Solutions handles enquiry information, project data and privacy requests.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Scope

This policy covers information shared with TechFlex Solutions through website enquiries and related business communications. It does not replace a client-specific data-processing agreement or the privacy policies of advertising, email or other external providers.

2. Information you provide

Contact links open your email application. If you email us, we receive your email address and any name, company details, message or attachments you include. The website does not currently provide a signup, payment or enquiry-submission form. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry and avoid sensitive personal information, payment-card details or account passwords.

3. Technical information and cookies

Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and error records to deliver and secure the website. The current website code does not install advertising pixels, visitor analytics, or optional tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details. External font providers may receive technical request information when fonts load.

4. How information is used

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, provide agreed services, maintain business records and protect against misuse. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, this may be steps requested before a contract, contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate business interests or consent where required. An enquiry does not automatically enrol you in a marketing mailing list.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell enquiry information. Email, hosting and other providers may process information needed to operate their services. Project information may be shared with authorised collaborators or platforms only as needed for agreed work, with appropriate safeguards. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Providers may process data outside your country; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards must apply.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as needed for the enquiry or engagement, legitimate record keeping and applicable legal requirements. The period depends on the type of record and purpose. Reasonable safeguards should protect information, but no email transmission or online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To make a request, email techflexsolutions@yahoo.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Legal retention duties or other lawful exceptions may limit a request. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority where that right applies.

8. Client campaign data and children

If an engagement involves customer lists, audience data or analytics access, the parties must agree their respective responsibilities before processing. Clients must have a lawful basis and necessary permissions for supplied data. This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children; please contact us if a child has provided personal information.

9. Updates and contact

Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. For privacy questions or requests, email techflexsolutions@yahoo.com.
